Intensive Drink Drive Drug Drive Behaviour Change Program

If you had a second drink or drug-driving offence and your BAC was 0.15 or more, you need to participate in this program.The program is held over four sessions. There will be three 3 hour sessions (includes a break/s) and a one on one counselling session with the facilitator prior to the third group session.

Vic Roads will notify you in writing which program you are required to complete. If you have not received a letter please contact them on 1300 310 607.

At Drive Safe Drive Right, we want you to succeed in attaining your driver’s licence.  By completing the Intensive Drink and Drug Driver Behaviour Change program, Drive Safe Drive Right will provide information to VicRoads in relation to your completion of the Behaviour Change Program.

The Vicroads intensive drink and drug driver program helps second offenders work to get their licence back over three 3-hour sessions and one counselling session.

If you were charged with a DWI/DUI for a second time and had a BAC of .15 or more, you need to undertake this program to get your licence back.
